In addition, if the temperature is too high, it is also undesirable, because it will make the internal structure of the die-cast metal too tight, which will increase the difficulty of unloading during the sticking process. At the same time, too high temperature will cause the phantom itself to expand, which will affect the accuracy.
Therefore, only by controlling the temperature within a reasonable range during the operation of the die-casting plant, can the success rate of the entire die-casting process become higher.
